Robert St. John

Robert St John was born in London on the 21st May 1914 and died in a village near Turin in Italy on the 1st November 1996.

He was a wonderful, intelligent, humorous man and his aim was to find a way to help people to help themselves.

He resolved to find an approach which would function in an absolutely fundamental level and was aware that the physical condition was a manifestation of the mental attitude.

The change of attitude had to be made by the subject themselves and not the acceptance of the will of another.

Robert travelled to many countries around the world practicing and teaching Metamorphosis including Ireland, United States, Australia and many European Countries where the understanding and practice of his philosophy is growing.
