Animals And Metamorphosis

My Metamorphosis experience with animals has been mainly treating dogs and to a lesser extent horses. Animals respond very well to Meta treatment and are generally enthusiastic to come back for more. Visiting a friend one morning for coffee, her labrador dog Max was lying low as there had been a thunder storm the previous night. He was a sensitive dog and had always reacted anxiously to thunder. My friend asked me to give Max a treatment. He was receptive to the attention and responded well, coming out of his retreat and wandering into the garden. My coffee visits following that always included a treatment. The dog warmly welcoming me with his wagging tail, positioning himself beside my chair so I could treat his spine. My friend reported to me that all the family noticed that he became less disturbed by sudden loud noise and was no longer retreating anxiously under the stairs at the sound of thunder.

Another lovely dog I treated was Buddy, a fox terrier. His owner was very upset one morning when she was having a treatment. The family had made a decision to ask the vet to put him to sleep. Buddy was then fourteen years old suffering from arthritis, diabetes and poor eye sight. It had been months since her beloved dog had been upstairs, waiting outside her bedroom door in the mornings to greet her. She wished he would pass away naturally rather then have to be put down. At the woman’s request, I went to her house that afternoon to treat Buddy. He was very weak lying on the couch. When I finished treating his spine he was barely breathing. Then I left him to do whatever would come naturally for him - living or dying.! The following morning the woman telephoned to say that her Buddy had managed to climb the stairs like old times and was outside her bedroom door waiting for her. He lived for a few weeks and then  passed away naturally and peacefully.

I was introduced to Zoe, a nervous maltese dog, when her concerned owner brought her along for a treatment. Unlike her maltese brother Harvey who was confident and decisive, Zoe was anxious about everything including passing traffic when on their daily walk. She moved with hesitancy as her sibling walked confidently along. She was also fearful of the family cat who regularly intimidated her. Following the treatment the owner informed me that when they arrived home, Zoe ran after the cat in the garden and that was the end of the cat’s domination. The dog was happy to come back for a couple of treatments and became more at ease in traffic and  naturally authoritative with other animals.

The quality of life of your animal can be improved in a short time with Metamorphosis. Their simplicity of mind and receptive nature is ideal for a creative response to a treatment. Just like humans, Meta gives the animal freedom to enjoy the “moment”.

The Fear Of Death

Robert St John spoke about death and dying at a seminar in Dublin, on the week prior to his death, in October 1996. He said that “the majority of people fear death, as death is unknown and unknowable, it is an end and people do not like the end”. He had no fear of death and in a light-hearted way, said that he wished to be in his boots and on the move when his time came to die, but he did not wish to be standing as it would be undignified to fall. Robert was then an elderly man of 83 years with the energy and enthusiasm of a young man, about to embark on a new life in Italy. Less then a week following the seminar, Robert passed away suddenly after his arrival in northern Italy. He was on the move, in his boots and I was relieved to hear, he was not standing at the time of his death.!

I have been frequently asked by the relatives of elderly people in Nursing Homes to introduce Meta to their relatives suffering from anxiety and disease. One day, I got a call from a nun who was in charge of a ward in a local Nursing Home. She did not understand Metamorphosis, but had seen positive change in the patients I had treated there. She observed the Meta patients were less demanding and more at ease as they practised the Hand Symbols. She made an appointment for a very anxious woman, who was reacting negatively to prescribed medication.

I arrived to her ward at the appointed time and the nun introduced me to a 92 year old woman, who was crying out fearful prayers. It was disturbing to the other patients and staff on the ward. The nun said that the only break they got from her cries of fear of god and death, was when she was heavily medicated. When awake, the anxious praying would commence again.

The woman was very open and receptive to the treatment and gradually calmed down and expressed much appreciation at the finish. I thought her the Hand Symbols and she asked me to come again soon. Before leaving the ward, I spoke to the nun about the Hand Symbols and recommended that she do them regularly with the woman, especially when she was disturbed in prayer. The nun had limited understanding, but had enthusiasm, due to the positive effect she observed in the other Meta patients. She was willing to be a catalyst to help the woman to be at ease.

I returned to do weekly treatments at the woman’s request, who was gradually becoming more at ease and praying with less fear. The nun did the Hand Symbols with her every night and reminded her to do them during the day, whenever she became anxious. One day, the woman remained calm for an entire treatment and before leaving the ward, I went to the nurses station to inform the nun that she had not prayed. She replied saying “hallelujah, I won’t mind if the woman never prays again. Being a nun, that should not be my wish, but I wish her to be free of the fear of god and death”.

The nun got her wish as the woman became more serene, beginning to pray gently as in a sing-song. She was more cheerful when I arrived to give her Meta treatments and her pattern of life became more pleasant and relaxed. One Saturday morning, about a month after the woman’s 95th birthday, I got a telephone call from the nun informing me that, “our beautiful friend had passed away peacefully, while doing her Meta Symbols. I have cared for many dying people in my career, she said, but none as calm as our dear friend was at the end. Thanks to Metamorphosis”.

In my experience over the years, I have observed the freedom from fear that comes with the practise of Meta. This is created by transmuting the stresses and anxieties accumulated from the past. Then we can experience the joy of creative living and ultimately, dying in the “moment”.

Obesity / Compulsive Behaviour

Obesity is a world wide problem, which is a major limitation to confidence and creative living.!

A woman in her early 40’s who was overweight for many years, decided to give Metamorphosis a go. She observed positive change in a friend practising Meta, who had a similar ‘block’. When I first met the woman in my practice she was lethargic, struggling with diets and exercise, followed by excessive eating and a sedentary lifestyle. The pattern went on repeating itself until, with the practise of Meta, she began the journey of “responsibility” for the ‘imbalance’ or block which was the source of her compulsion. She informed me that her mother and grandmother had lived with a similar struggle and she wished to stop the cycle, being concerned that two of her three young children were showing signs of obesity.

The woman’s progress was slow at the beginning, as on occasions she arrived for Meta treatments having forgotten to practise her Hand Symbols. She had succumbed to the habit of excessive eating and lethargy. However, the times she chose to practise the Hand Symbols she observed that she was more in the “moment” and in “action” instead of sitting on the couch indulging. The positive new habit was beginning to replace the old blocked state. Within a few months the woman was graduating from regular walks to cycling to work daily. She was pleased to be engaging in exercise while saving parking money.

The woman’s enthusiasm for Meta grew as her energy and confidence increased, she decided to attend my seminars to gain more understanding of Metamorphosis. The whole family dynamics began to change, as she did Meta treatments with her husband and children and encouraged them to do the Hand Symbols. The children were watching less TV and the home was becoming more alive with discussions of their next cycle adventure at the weekends. The fast food take outs becoming a thing of the past, as she had the energy and desire to cook and eat healthy food.

Remember that all compulsive behaviour whether it be obesity, anorexia, bulimia,  alcohol, drug addiction, etc are an imbalance which can be addressed creatively with Meta. Robert St John observed that the balance of Afference and Efference creates “natural energy”, in which Afference flows through without hindrance into the action of life. It has been my experience in practice, that the people with compulsions and addictions who do Meta as a way of life, cease the repeated patterns of behaviour by their own creation, rather then discipline.

The pattern of obesity in the woman’s family  was a repeated pattern out of the past. The many therapies she sought in the past, encouraged discipline and diets, which Meta obviates. Metamorphosis gave the woman the opportunity to be creative and take responsibility for her own behaviour and as she began the change of pattern in herself, so began the positive fundamental change in all her family.

The change with Metamorphosis is fundamental and therefore permanent. If you wish to be free of the struggle and discipline of diets etc, practise Meta.

Fear And Anxiety

Fear is a major block which inhibits natural function and creativity. The state of anxiety creates retreat and isolation, which effects freedom and quality of life. The moments of fear can become moments of creativity with the practise of Metamorphosis.

A woman who attends my practice had an intense fear of flying. She is a frequent air traveller and I encouraged her, as I have many other people with a similar anxiety, to do the Hand Symbols prior to and during flights. She gradually became less anxious while flying and following a flight from Madrid to London some time ago, the woman informed me of her experience.

The flight became very turbulent and she observed many people in states of panic and anxiety all around her. She was seated in an isle seat in the middle of the aircraft and remained calm as she practised the Creation Hand Symbol. The anxious people beside her noticed her ease and enquired what she was doing with her hands. She informed them that she was maintaining her balance with the symbol and encouraged them to do it. The people on the opposite row began to do the symbol as well, when they noticed less panic in the people across the way. She was then nudged from the passengers behind and encouraged them to do the same. The severe turbulence had created panic and desperation and it was desperation that alerted the passengers to do the Symbol.

When the Aeroplane landed safely the people she had shared the Creation Hand Symbol with expressed their appreciation, “muchas gracias Señora by the spanish and thank you so much by the english speakers” as they departed the aircraft.

When the woman returned for her next Metamorphosis appointment she said, “I did not realise until the turbulent flight how much fear I have released, now I am as relaxed in the air as I am on land, it’s all about living in the moment”.

In conclusion, remember to practise the Hand Symbols in moments of fear and anxiety. The following is a quote by Robert St John - “Living in the moment releases anxiety and the future becomes a creation”.

Cancer

In the Irish Times newspaper editorial on February 10th 2014, the editor wrote an article about cancer entitled “Combating cancer”. The article included, “In 2012 there were 14.1 million new cases worldwide. Some 30,000 new cases of cancer are diagnosed in Ireland annually. While acknowledging many recent treatment advances, we cannot treat our way out of the cancer problem. Prevention is the key issue”.

The person with anxiety about developing cancer because of a family history, or the person with the disease comes to the Meta practitioner with the idea of making changes. The communication in the treatment between the person and the practitioner is largely an unconscious process. The treatment awakens the ability within to create a different pattern to that pattern which is the source of the cancer. The ongoing practise of the Hand Symbols creates a process of erasing the disturbed unconscious memory which has a positive effect of releasing stress. The person open to the idea of self-healing takes the responsibility with the practise of Metamorphosis to create balance and inner calm. This alleviates stress and anxiety and is conducive to natural healing.

In my experience of being a catalyst for many people suffering from cancer over the years, I have observed their ability to cope with the disease creatively while maintaining their balance. I have also supported many people who endured the ill effects of chemotherapy with strength and a positive attitude.

In conclusion, I would like to share an experience I had with a woman who attended for regular treatments following surgery for breast cancer. When I first met her she was very anxious, enduring intensive chemotherapy treatment. As she progressed with her Meta practise and attended my practice regularly, she maintained her strength when she was most vulnerable. She did her Hand Symbols before, during and after the chemotherapy and both herself and the medical staff were pleased with her positive attitude and strength of mind. When the woman had her final check up with her Oncologist five years post her treatment, she said to him, “there is nothing in me now that could create cancer again, I live in the moment”. He agreed saying, “I don’t expect to see you back again”. He had observed her change of attitude a few years earlier, enquiring what she was doing. She informed him about Metamorphosis and he became open minded to the idea, as she was a very good example of positive change. Metamorphosis is more about creation rather than prevention, but as the old saying goes, “Prevention is better then cure”.
